- Highly motivated and Experienced IT Staffing Sales / Account Manager.
- Qualified applicants will have a record of success in a sales/account management role selling staffing or other professional services into mid-market and fortune 1000 client base.
- 10+ years experience in IT Staff-Augmentation
- Leading a team of sales and IT recruiters
- Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships to establish new business.
- Achieve sales quota, grow business model to drive it as a profit center.
- Customer service skills to manage and develop existing clients’ accounts
- This position requires self-motivated individuals with a desire to perform and grow.
- Successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic with integrity and have a unique ability to plan, build, and manage the recruiting cycle to generate new business.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Staffing and associated skill sets
